Download audio recording software. You can find a good free software online and be up and running You probably already have a headset with a microphone. Open up your blog and start reading blog posts.
You can have audio content in no time. Now you have to think about where you want to distribute your podcasts. You could use a tumblr blog and upload one audio file a day or what about turning your podcasts into a product. You could give it away or even sell it.
How many blog posts do you have that are sitting up collecting dust on your blog? There are plenty of people that might not want to sit and read a blog but they might be tempted to download a podcast and listen to it while they are working out or on the way to work.
